Gotham Season 4 Has a Trailer

Gotham is moving to Thursdays this fall, and to let the world know what to expect, Fox has released a trailer with highlights from the upcoming season. In it, we get to see a pre-Batman Bruce Wayne move ever closer to becoming The Dark Knight as he dons a black crime fighting suit with a mask. The trailer is also notable because we also get a brief glimpse at the new Scarecrow.

The season four premiere of Gotham is titled “A License To Kill” and is described below.

Gordon fears Jonathan Crane (guest star Charlie Tahan) is still alive and back in Gotham, when The Scarecrow’s signature MO is used in a series of robberies. Meanwhile, Penguin’s “licensing” of crime in the city backfires during the grand opening of his new Iceberg Lounge. Also, in the aftermath of his encounter with Ra’s Al Ghul, Bruce begins his vigilante watch.

Gotham returns for its fourth season Thursday, September 21 at 8:00 PM ET/PT on Fox.
