Deadpool 2 Trailer – Exactly What We Wanted

Our favorite neighborhood, rude and crude bad guy is back. What would the new Deadpool trailer be without being filled with sarcasm, wit, and of course, the vulgar remarks of Marvel’s red-suited bad-guy-gone-semi-good. 20th Century Fox graced us with a new trailer today, and it’s everything we didn’t know we needed.

This trailer shows us our next villain, Cable, and some potential foreshadowing for the epic hero showdown. We see some new characters, and of course, our favorites are back. Negasonic (keeping the angsty teen hero name, I see) and Weasel are back for this newest installment in the Deadpool Era. And the trailer just wouldn’t be complete without Dopinder, the greatest, yet least rational taxi driver in the world making an appearance.

The trailer doesn’t give away too much, but with a name like Deadpool, it really doesn’t need to. We know there will be swearing, extreme gunfights, some hero landings, and lots of content that isn’t appropriate for children.

One thing that the trailer does extremely well though is that it makes us anticipate the upcoming movie even more. Who doesn’t want to see Cable and Deadpool throw down? But if Deadpool doesn’t dress as Woody for a fight in the streets we might feel extremely misled.

Finally, a quick shout out to Fox for the epic video description. This is definitely the opposite of lazy writing.

After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover.

Kallie started her gaming career at a young age, sneaking downstairs to play Donkey Kong while her brothers were asleep because that was the only time they would let her play. Otherwise, being larger and stronger, they would throw her like a DK barrel. She has a special love for first-person shooter games, elaborate story lines, and Snake. Her hobbies include long walks on the beach and her favorite day of the year is April 25th. It’s not too hot. Not too cold. All you need is a light jacket.
