If you were one of the many who saw Wonder Woman over the weekend, then you probably noticed that the animation that lead up to the DC Comics logo before the film was different from that used in movies past. The clip cycles through animated solo shots of the primary DC Comics characters — Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, and Green Lantern — and ends with a shot of each of these characters, and more.

As I saw the intro clip on the screen, my first thought was “This is a lot like the Justice League cartoon.” Apparently I’m not the only one who noticed this as side-by-side comparison image has hit the Internet.

And if the image isn’t enough for you, the video has actually hit Twitter. Unfortunately, I can’t find it anywhere else, but at least it’s something.

Did you notice the change to the intro? What do you think about it? Is it a hint that we’ll be seeing some of these characters in their own movies in the near future?
