Chat with Chris Provost – GGP 24

With Salt Lake Comic Con coming up September 21-23, we thought it would be fun to mix things up a bit and sit down with someone that isn’t Dan Farr to talk about the event and what takes place behind the scenes. (Not that we don’t like to talk with Dan, because we do, but we thought that a change would be good.) So instead of Dan, we were joined by Salt Lake Comic Con emcee, and awesome joke teller, Chris Provost.

Come listen as Chris tells us some of his favorite experiences from previous conventions, including how Walter Koenig from Star Trek played an epic prank on him backstage. He also manages to share a few awesome jokes, and of course we talk about his amazing wife, Amanda and her love for Darth Vader. It’s a fun conversation that not only gives you insight into what takes place literally behind the scenes at Salt Lake Comic Con, it also sheds light on the man, the myth, the legend that is Chris Provost.

For more of Chris, be sure to subscribe to his YouTube channel where you can find awesome nuggets like the video below. You can also follow his adventures on Instagram and Facebook.

Thanks to Chris for taking time out of his busy schedule to chat with us. And thanks to our Patreon supporters, Bruce, Ruff, and Zane! If you enjoyed this episode and would like to say thanks, visit our Patreon page to find out how.
